of homemade in your local area & beyond. These are local homeprenuers who offer unique, homemade,
curated products and services from their homes to yours. We call these homeprenuers “WOICHERS”
- How does Woich work?
Woich is an extremely transparent platform that allows
customers to connect with the people who make homemade products or give their services before placing
the orders. Browse our platform, select your desired products or services, call our woichers to place an
offline order directly with them. Our sellers will prepare and deliver your items as promised.
Ordering and Payment
- How do I place an order?
Browse our platform, add products to your cart, talk or
whatsapp the Woicher to place an order.
- Is my payment information secure?
We don’t take or store any payment information.
Delivery and Returns
- What is your delivery policy?
These are homemade and handcrafted products. Delivery
timelines are mentioned on the product details page. Generally the order should be placed 2-3 days
prior.
- Can I return or exchange a product?
All products are non-returnable &
non-exchangeable

Account Deletion/Deactivation
- How do I delete my Woich account?
Please write to our customer support team on
support@woich.in & mention about your
deletion request & we will be deleting your account on your behalf
& send you a confirmation email. The deletion will be done within 24 working hours.
- What happens when I delete my account?
When you delete your account, all your
personal data, order history, and account information will be permanently removed from our database.
- Can I deactivate my account instead of deleting it?
Yes, you can deactivate your
account temporarily. This will restrict access to your account, but your data will remain intact. To
deactivate your account, please contact our customer support team on support@woich.in & mention about
your deactivation request & we will be deactivating your account on your behalf & send you a
confirmation email. The deactivation will be done within 24 working hours.
- How do I reactivate my deactivated account?
To reactivate your account, simply
contact write to the customer support team, and we'll reactivate your account within 24hours.
- What if I want to delete or deactivate my account but have ongoing orders?
Your
account deletion/ deactivation request will be put on hold if there are open orders with a proper
intimation. Once the order is delivered we’ll process the request within 24 working hours.
